Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with what you buy from us. Because our products are digital and delivered within seconds of purchase, our refund policy is specific:
7-day quality refund
If the deliverable you receive doesn't meet professional quality standards, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Quality issues that qualify:
- Factual errors in the optimized résumé (employer, title, date, or metric that doesn't match what you provided)
- Fabricated content, any line not grounded in the experience you provided (this should never happen, given our grounding controls, but if it does, you're entitled to a refund)
- Substantial formatting defects that make the document unusable
- Missing deliverables (e.g., the cover letter or analysis report failed to attach)
How to request: email
hello@veracityresume.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We process refunds within 3-5 business days, issued to the original payment method via Lemon Squeezy.
What's not refundable
- Buyer's remorse or change of mind after the deliverable was generated
- Concerns that the optimized résumé didn't result in interviews or job offers, we don't guarantee specific outcomes, only quality of the deliverable
- Requests made more than 7 days after the purchase date
- Issues caused by inputs that don't accurately represent your real experience (e.g., a résumé you didn't actually author, or a target JD that's not real)
EU customers, right of withdrawal
EU consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases under the Consumer Rights Directive. Because our service generates a personalized deliverable immediately on purchase, you expressly consent to immediate performance and waive the 14-day withdrawal right at checkout. Our 7-day quality refund above still applies.
Before initiating a chargeback
Please contact us first at hello@veracityresume.com. We resolve over 95% of issues directly within 24 hours, faster than a chargeback dispute (which typically takes 6-8 weeks) and without affecting your credit card. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may be contested if we determine the deliverable met our quality standards.
