Veracity Resume is operated by 24 Green Street LLC, a Connecticut limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and what rights you have. We wrote it in plain English; nothing important is buried in legalese.
We use the information you provide for one purpose: generating and delivering the deliverable you purchased. This includes:

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to any third party. We share data only with the subprocessors above and only to the minimum extent needed to deliver your purchase, plus narrow legal exceptions (lawful subpoena, court order, fraud investigation).
This is important enough to call out separately. We do not use your résumé text, your target JD, or your deliverable to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI model, ours or anyone else's. Per Google's Gemini API terms for paid usage, Google likewise does not train on the content we send to the API. We may use aggregate, de-identified patterns (e.g., "the word 'managed' appears in X% of submitted résumés") to improve the Service, but never your actual content.

If you reside in the EU, UK, or EEA, you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation: the right to object to processing, the right to restrict processing, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Our legal basis for processing your data is performance of a contract (delivering what you purchased) and our legitimate interest in operating the Service. Where we rely on consent, for example, the immediate-performance waiver of the 14-day withdrawal right, you may withdraw it before performance begins.
If you reside in California, you have the right to know what categories of personal information we collect, to request deletion, to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information (we do neither), and to non-discrimination for exercising your rights. Our servers are operated by Hostinger and located in Europe. If you are accessing the Service from outside Europe, your information will be transferred to and processed there. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards where required by EU/UK law for transfers to non-adequate jurisdictions.
We protect your data with industry-standard measures: HTTPS for all traffic, environment-variable secret management (no credentials in source code), file-permission lockdown on the server, and minimum-necessary access for our subprocessors. No system is perfectly secure; if we ever discover a breach affecting your data, we will notify you without undue delay and within the timeframes required by law.
The Service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn we have collected information from a child under 16, we will delete it.
Our website uses only essential cookies, for example, to remember a session while you are filling out the scan form. We do not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies that track you across sites, or third-party tracking pixels.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. For material changes (for example, adding a new subprocessor that receives résumé content), we will post a prominent notice on the home page and email customers who have purchased from us in the prior 12 months.
